VIWMA ANNOUNCES TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE MON BIJOU BIN SITE

The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) advises the community that pursuant to Title 29 V.I.C. §496, we are temporarily closing the Mon Bijou bin site on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 4 pm to conduct repairs and maintenance activities which will address safety concerns.

The Authority will inform the public when these activities have been completed and the site is ready to be reopened.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank the community in advance for their patience and cooperation. In the interim, residents are encouraged to utilize the Concordia Bin Site, Peter’s Rest Convenience Center, or the Anguilla Landfill.
